These terms apply to every order placed on etumaxpower.com. Please read them before you buy — placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

ETUMAX POWER is the retail brand of ETUMAX ENTERPRISE. We manufacture the products we sell here; there is no distributor between us and you.

Who may order

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. Every product in this catalogue is contraindicated for anyone under 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.

How an order becomes a contract

Product pages and prices on this site are an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it, not when you press Place Order and not when payment is authorised.

We may decline an order — for example where we cannot ship to your address, where a price or product description was wrong, or where stock has run out. If we decline an order you have already paid for, the payment is returned in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown inclusive of the taxes we are required to charge and exclusive of shipping. Shipping is €15 flat shipping worldwide. Free over €100. The price charged is the price displayed at the moment you place the order.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. Your full card details stay with them and never reach us.

Import duties, customs charges, and any taxes levied by the country you ship to are set by that country and are not included in the price you pay us.

Delivery

€15 flat shipping worldwide. Free over €100. Delivered in 5–20 days, from our own factory in Malaysia.

Delivery times are estimates in calendar days and are not guaranteed dates. Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product name on the outside. The full terms are on the shipping page.

Replacements

Lost, damaged, or wrong? We replace it — and you never post anything back to Malaysia.

The four cases in which we send a replacement, and how to claim one, are set out in full on the replacements page. Because these are consumable food supplements, an order that arrived as ordered and in good condition cannot be returned, and a pack cannot be taken back once its seal has been broken.

What we say about the products

We publish the complete composition of every product we sell — every botanical with its weight, then the full percentage breakdown — along with its format, net weight, and contraindications. Those are statements of fact about what is in the box. No product on this site is claimed to treat, prevent, or cure anything, and nothing here should be read as a medical claim or as medical advice.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising because you used a product contrary to the safety information, the contraindications, or the serving instruction published on its product page.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a right applies to your order, it applies regardless of what is written here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia, where ETUMAX ENTERPRISE is established and from where orders are dispatched. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you placed it. The date this page was last updated is shown by the site.
