If a parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or the product is defective — we send a replacement at our cost. You are never asked to post anything back to Malaysia.

When we send a replacement

We replace your order if:

• Your parcel is lost in transit
• Your parcel arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• The product is defective

The replacement is sent at our cost. You are not asked to post anything back to Malaysia before we act on a claim.

How to claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp or write to us by email, within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your order.
2. Give us your order number.
3. Where the parcel or product arrived damaged, or the item is not what you ordered, attach a photograph. It is the fastest way for us to confirm a claim and dispatch the replacement.

Where the line falls

Because these are consumable food supplements, we are not able to take back a pack once its seal has been broken, and an order that arrived as ordered and in good condition cannot be returned. Once a sachet or a capsule blister has left our control it cannot go back into stock, and it will not be resold to anyone else.

That is why every product page publishes the complete composition — every botanical weighed in milligrams, then the full percentage breakdown, the format, the net weight and the contraindications — before it asks for the sale. The decision is meant to be made properly the first time.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page removes a right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a right applies to your order, it applies regardless of what is written here.
