What it costs

A flat €15 to every country in the world, and nothing at all on orders over €100. The figure shown in your basket is the figure charged — there is no handling fee added afterwards.

Import duties, customs charges, and any taxes levied by the country you ship to are set by that country and are not included in what you pay us.

Those are calendar days, not business days: we dispatch seven days a week, so weekends and public holidays are already inside the range rather than added to it. The range is wide because it is real: a parcel to a neighbouring market clears in days, and one crossing two customs authorities takes longer. The published range is the actual one rather than a flattering one you then have to wait past.

If something goes wrong in transit
